There are two types of requests we can offer assistance: Under $1000 and those over $1000. Each is evaluated by our Grant Committee and we try hard to accommodate everyone's requests.
We have two versions of each document too; Windows 10 (.docx) and earlier versions (.doc). If you still cannot complete the document, please email us at dougvail@emmasemmbassadors.org for assistance. These documents are crafted to be able to be completed in the file and saved.

Autism students working on a Smart Board provided by EE

Emma’s Emmbassadors (EE) provides assistance to individuals and families affected by Autism. Requestors must complete this form to be considered for grant assistance. Emma’s Emmbassadors awards grants based upon need and eligibility as determined by the Executive Committee and reserves the sole and exclusive right to make the final determination as to the grant recipients. EE is an IRS 501(c) (3) corporation and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, age, gender or national origin.
